Fitness Classes in Lundar

Interlake-Eastern Regional Health Authority is offering fitness classes at the Lundar Ag Society building on Wednesday October 8th, October 15th and October 22nd from 1:30 to 3:30pm. This class will teach you where to begin, goal setting, physical activity guidelines for your age group, walking programs, gentle stretching and body weight excercises.
