Raffle Draw at Neepawa Library

Neepawa Library presents a Raffle Fundraiser for a chance to win two tickets to "An Evening with Louise Penny", a Canadian author who will be launching her novel The Black Wolf on Friday October 31st at Knox United Church in Winnipeg. Every attendee will receive a signed copy of The Black Wolf. Tickets are $2 each or 3 for $5 and available in person at the Neepawa Library. The winner will be drawn on Monday October 13th.
