Wellness Classes at New Horizons in Laurier

Participate in Wellness Classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays at New Horizons in Laurier starting on Tuesday October 14th. There is a drop-in class at 1pm, or a Modified Group Fitness class at 4 and a Regular Group Fitness Class at 5pm. The drop-in class is the cost of the regular drop-in fee, and group classes are $30 for members or $40 for non-members.  For more information, contact Valerie at 431-233-3599.
