Pine Creek First Nation Diabetes Clinic

Pine Creek First Nation is offering a Diabetes Clinic through DIP (Diabetes Integration Project) at the Pine Creek School from Tuesday November 4th until Friday November 7th. This clinic is for community members ages 10+ and will include diabetes, blood pressure and kidney health checks. To book an appointment, call 204-524-3000.
