Children's Story Time & Craft in Swan River

Elbert Chartrand Friendship Centre, along with North-West Regional Library presents a Children's Story Time & Craft at the Swan River Library every Wednesday in February from 1 to 3pm. This program is intended for children ages 0 to 6 years old. Every child that participates will go home with the book read on that day.
