"My Kids are always hungry workshop" in Dauphin

Take in a presentation Friday at 10am, upstairs at the Rotary Arena in Dauphin, with registered Dietician, Kristen Yakimishen, on satiating snacks for kids that are always hungry. It's a 25 minute presentation on snack ideas, safe snacking and essentials of nutrition. Please bring a container and spoon for sampling. There will be time for kids play and mingling afterwards.
