Sandy Bay First Nation Red Dress Day

Sandy Bay First Nation presents Red Dress Day at the Community Complex on Tuesday May 5th starting at 10am. It's a time to remember and honour Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two Spirit People. The event will start with a lighting of sacred fire, followed by poster making and then a walk from highway 50 to the complex. There will be a lunch at 12noon and then a presentation.
