Get Assistance Ordering an Updated Manitoba Health Card in Dauphin

Health Promotion Community Development is offering assistance with ordering the new plastic health cards at the Dauphin Active Living Centre on Wednesday May 13th from 10am to 12noon. A second session will be available on Thursday May 28th from 1 to 4. Existing paper cards will continue to be accepted at health care facilities.
