Northwest Metis Council Red Dress Day

In honour of National Day of Awareness for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and Two-Spirit People, and the Northwest Metis Council invite and encourage all Metis Citizens, Elders and Youth to display red ress in windows, outside homes or wear red dresses on Monday May 5th. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by Sunday May 4th at 4pm.  NWMC will showcase all photos on their social media pages as tribute to those individuals who are experiencing violence, individuals and families who have lost loves to femicide and for those who have gone missing.
