A fundraiser for the Manitoba Schizophrenia Society is back in Dauphin this weekend, with proceeds going to a special account meant for use in this area.
A hoedown this Saturday at the Watson Art Centre is being organized by Parkland outreach worker Leanne Marceniuk.
She says she can sell you tickets at 263-2689 or they are available at the WAC and the Dauphin Friendship Centre.
"It's this Saturday, October the 10th. Dinner's at 6:30 and Chris Barker Band is playing and they start at 8 o'clock."
Marceniuk says the funds raised stay in the head office but it's meant for doing stuff in this area.
