Mental health, diabetes, community building, and sports are all topics that Kaleb Dahlgren will touch upon during a special fundraising event on Monday night.
A survivor of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash in 2018, Dahlgren is working towards becoming a chiropractor, while also being a spokesperson for several diabetes groups and holding speaking engagements across the country.
This will be the first time that Dahlgren has visited Dauphin, and he is super-pumped about it.
"For the children, we are helping raise funds for them. For me, if I were in their shoes and had an opportunity to go to Europe and experience what it is like to play rugby in the UK, that would be so cool! So, for me, I am really excited to help raise some money for those children, too."
"An Evening with Kaleb Dahlgren" will begin at 7:30 p.m. Monday night at the 8th Avenue hall.
Tickets are still available through either Dauphin Chiropractic Centre or Nutters.
