Around 200 people from across Manitoba and into the United States are expected to be in Ste. Rose next Sunday for the annual Pilgrimage of Hope
Elvier Brunel says it will take place August 24th at the Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto, located next to the Ste. Rose de Lima Catholic Church.
"It is part of the pilgrim's guide to the jubilee churches and shrines. It was started by Pope Francis and has continued on. It is with the Winnipeg Diocese, the St. Boniface Diocese, and the Ukrainian Cathoic Chruches in Canada."
Catholics and non-Catholics from all over are invited to attend this event.
It will begin at 12 pm at the church, with the procession from the church to the grotto starting at 1:30, followed by a mass.
