The numbers are starting to trickle in, and Dauphin, and the area, you showed up again.
Stephen Roznowsky hosted the 45th Terry Fox Run on Sunday at Vermillion Park. Inclement weather had nearly postponed the event; however, the run went ahead and was a major success.
As of Wednesday morning, more than $3,000 has been donated locally.
"I am very happy. We had about 40 people and three dogs that joined the run," said Roznowsky. "The kids were smiling, having a blast. Thank you to the City of Dauphin and the area."
Stephen and his crew were accepting donations last week at the Dauphin Co-op, before the run. He would like to thank all those who participated in this annual event for its incredible cause.
"I'm very thankful. Thank you to the volunteers for helping take donations," ended Roznowsky. "I am very thankful, over the moon thankful."
