Farmers in the Northwest region are now in the home stretch with regards to harvest operations.
92 per cent of this year's crop in the region has now been harvested, according to the latest Crop Report from Manitoba Agriculture.
That is a ten per cent improvement from the previous week.
The progress was made despite snow falling over the weekend from Roblin all the way up to The Pas. impacting areas such as Swan River and Winnipegosis.
A handful of spring wheat and canola crops still need to be harvested, with yields in the Northwest region sitting around 70-80 bushels per acre for spring wheat, and 30-50 bushels per acre for Canola.
Soybean harvest is about 80 per cent complete in the region with yields ranging from 25-40 bushels per acre.
