A test of Alert Ready - the National Public Alerting System - is scheduled to take place tomorrow (Wednesday) afternoon at 1:55 p.m.
The test alert will be distributed on television, radio and compatible wireless devices.
However, not all Manitobans will receive the alert on their mobile devices.
This may occur for several reasons, including device compatibility, connection to an LTE network, cell-tower coverage and device software and settings.
