Beginning on February 2, the Ebb and Flow First Nation will be implementing drug testing for all First Nation employees.
The Ebb and Flow First Nation and Council are committed to maintaining a safe, healthy, and respectful workplace for all employees and community members.
The purpose of the testing is to ensure workplace safety, to support employee wellness, and to uphold professional standards in the workplace.
