The matters surrounding a shooting death last August on the Waywayseecappo First Nation will return to court this Monday
32-year-old Ferlin Bone was charged after police were notified of a shooting on the reserve, and located a 23-year-old man suffering from gunshot wounds.
The victim eventually died in hospital.
