A 23-year-old Swan River man will spend 90 days in jail after stealing from a liquor store on Main Street in that community.
Creed Hather was already wanted for stealing liquor from the store on three previous occasions within a month, when he took a bottle of whiskey from the store without paying on April 9th at around 1:45 in the afternoon.
He was arrested and faced four charges of theft under $5,000.
In Dauphin court the following day, he was found guilty on one count, and sentenced to the jail time as well as one year of probation.
