As the spring thaw continues, seasonal road restrictions are now being enforced to help protect highways in Riding Mountain National Park.
On Highway 19, vehicles over 6,006 lbs are not permitted.
On Highway 10, heavy trucks with three axles or more are restricted within the park. Vehicles with three axles or more may access the park from the south entrance only for deliveries to the townsite, Parks Canada maintenance compound, and the Clear Lake Golf Course.
Restrictions will remain in place until further notice.
