A 54-year old man from Swan River faces a charge of theft under $5,000 after robbing a restaurant on Kelsey Trail in Swan River.
On Tuesday at 2:00 a.m., officers responded to the scene of the robbery. The man forced the restaurant's drive-thru window open while staff worked a short distance away.
With his body half in the building, he reached into the cash register, and fled with a small amount of cash.
He was located and arrested. He remains in custody while he awaits a court appearance.
