A 53-year-old man from Ste. Rose is dead after his motorcycle crashed.
On Monday at approximately midnight, Ste. Rose RCMP responded to a motorcycle that had gone into the ditch. It happened on Highway 276 and Road 141 West, just north of Ste. Rose.
The driver was travelling south on his motorcycle. He then went off the road on the wrong side shortly after a curve in the highway.
The motorcycle was located in the east ditch, with the man lying next to it. Revival attempts were unsuccessful, and the man died at the scene.
