Charges have been laid against a Swan River man after he allegedly broke previous court orders.
The suspect, who was under an order to not possess alcohol, was seen by police leaving a licensed establishment early on the morning of June 4th with a drink inn his hand.
Officers attempted to arrest the suspect, but he fled and led officers on a brief foot chase that ended in an alley.
After a brief struggle, the individual was brought into custody.
35-year-old Matthew Larocque faces charges of resisting arrest and failing to comply with a release order.
