Over the last two hockey seasons the Dauphin Kings have had Spring Camp taking place in Dauphin, but their full attention wasn’t focused on the event. This year that won’t be the case.
Last year Dauphin was taking part in the MJHL Final against the Winnipeg Blues, the year before it was the same thing against the Steinbach Pistons. So some coaches and staff were away for at least one of the days during the weekend.
Over 60 players are expect to attend this weekend’s edition of Dauphin Kings Spring Camp. Including a bucket full of local players from the Parkland Rangers and Junior Rangers.
