It is nominated for a Monaitoba Country Music Association award for top tribute band.
And tomorrow (Saturday) night, Dauphin residents will have a chance to experience the Highwaymen tribute show.
Roblin's Ryan Keown will be joined on stage by Binscarth's JR Charron, and Mike Sacharko to sing songs made famous by Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, and Waylon Jennings.
"I do most of the Johnny Cash stuff, Mike does a majority of the Willie Nelson stuff, and then JR covers Waylon. But it is an interactive show, where we each take a verse of different songs. I think it is great for the listeners in attendance because they get to hear three vocalists' take on the same songs."
The show begins at 8 pm Saaturday night at the Watson Arts Centre.
