In the courts this past week, a 29-year-old Valley River man arrested following an alleged road rage incident in Dauphin last month was givena new appearance date.
Dylan Smith was remanded back into custody until November 25th.
And the case of a former Romanian Orthodox priest, charged in connection with a historical sexual assault in the Russell area, was also bak before a judge in Brandon.
82-year-old Constantin Turcoane of Regina had his matters put over until December 2nd.
