A 33-year-old driver who was prohibited from driving was arrested in Dauphin on Wednesday.
At 4:07 p.m., the RCMP stopped a vehicle on Main Street North. The 33-year-old was also over the legal limit for cocaine and cannabis. Open liquor was in the vehicle, which included five individuals, all of whom were arrested.
A search of the vehicle led to the seizure of a small quantity of meth, drug paraphernalia, unstamped tobacco, and pepper spray.
The 33-year-old driver faces several charges and will appear in court at a future date. A 38-year-old male passenger was also charged and will appear in court.
The two remaining passengers, a 66-year-old male and two females aged 36 and 28, were issued tickets under the Highway Traffic Act.
