Dauphin RCMP have arrested a 29-year-old man and charged him with an indecent act.
On Wednesday at 5:25, officers received a report that a man was exposing himself to others and committing an indecent act while inside a bathroom at a local recreation facility.
He was located in a back lane near the building and arrested.
Jonathan Parenteau faces charges of an indecent act, mischief under $5,000, and failure to comply with his probation.
