The winner of this year's Neepawa & District Medical Committee Farm & Leisure Lotto Early Bird Draw has been announced.
The winner of the early bird draw is Crystal Stewart of Rivers, MB, with Ticket #4037.
This year's early bird prize was a choice between a $12,000 voucher to Enns Brothers for machines, parts, or service, or $10,000 cash.
