A weapons-related disturbance early Monday morning on the Sapotaweyak Cree nation had led to the arrest of three people.
Swan River RCMP were called to a residence at around 12:20, after reports of a person with a pellet gun shooting at people outside.
Two other people were reported to have machetes, and several windows in the home were smashed.
The suspects fled before police arrived, but were picked up later in the day during a traffic stop and arrested.
A search of the vehicle turned up several weapons, including a machete, a pellet gun, and a rifle.
25-year old Christian Cook of Brandon, and a 16 year old boy from Sapotaweyak remain in custody facing weapons possession related offences.
Cook was also charged with two counts of carrying a concealed weapon, while the teen faces a resisting a peace officer offence.
