After almost a week and a half of having to conserve water use due to a flood-stressed wastewater system, Dauphin residents can once again resume normal water use in their homes and businesses.
The city says conditions have improved enough that regular water use can resume.
But, they are asking you to be mindful of water use over the first day or two, and if possible - avoid completing multiple water-intensive household activities at the same time.
City staff will continue to monitor the wastewater system closely.
And should significant rainfall occur, wastewater conservation measures may need to be implemented again to help protect homes and the City's wastewater system.
