The Interlake community of Lundar will explode in size this weekend, as it hosts the annual Lundar Ag Society Fair.
It kicks off on Friday with 4-H beef events, tractor pulls, and a late evening fireworks display.
Lundar Ag Society Vice President Lanna Mason says Saturday is highlighted by the parade.
"The Lundar Fair is known for our parade. It is a very good event. Diane is our new organizer for the parade for the last few years, and she does a great job of keeping the parade going as big and as strong as it is."
Other Saturday highlights include a baby show, a pancake breakfast, horse shows and a petting zoo.
Mason says they are proud to continue the long standing tradition of the fair in their community.
"I think that it is just that we have gone on for so many years. It is a small town fair that is still going strong after almost 100 years."
The first Lundar Fair took place in 1927.
