The nomination period for Manitoba's Municipal Elections is open, and ends on Tuesday, September 22nd, at 4:30 PM.
If you're thinking of running for council, mayor, reeve, or any municipal position, you need to submit your papers and signatures to your local Municipal government by that date.
September 22nd is also the deadline to update your voter information with your local Municipal government. For any updates, you're required to have 2 pieces of government ID. Most changes to voter information need to be made in-person.
Manitoba's Municipal Elections take place on Wednesday, October 28th.
